The e-FM Network is a specialist team of Finance Directors and managers with extensive commercial experience and specialisms within the SME sector. The team has supported hundreds of growing businesses across the Uk and abroad with practical commercial issues involving profit margins, resource implications, products, prices, turnaround, MBOs, risk management, financial modelling, investment appraisals, portfolio analyses, cashflow and balance sheet projections amongst others.

The eFM Network Finance Director will, where necessary, help develop and review business plans, appraise budgets, evaluate contracts, develop financial models and reports as well as provide advice during growth periods including mergers, acquisitions, organic growth and expansion.
